Concierge Cancer Care Programs
Dr. Levandovsky MD, founder and Medical Director of PMCC, explains what’s lacking in the healthcare space, and patients describe the difference.
We are focused on providing you with high quality, personalized cancer care; emphasizing your unique health needs.
We offer 3 types of personalized programs depending on your personal needs. We offer:
Consultations with those with cancer.
and our Total Cancer Care Program for those seeking or undergoing treatment.
In most cases, we start with a 1 on 1 consultation — each consultation includes a minimum of 2 meetings where we assess your personal to make a educated decision on next steps for your personalized situation. In cases of treatment, we will understand your personal situation and blood work to begin a proper treatment assessment. Consultations with us are on average about 2-3x as long than with a traditional oncology practice.

Cancer Screening & Prevention Program
Get a comprehensive assessment of your health, with a specific focus on cancer. Our 3-hour evaluation covers your medical, genetic and molecular health, as well as environmental and nutritional exposures. Dr. Levandovsky incorporates 3-generations of family genetic history with environmental exposures and lifestyle. A comprehensive nutritional, exercise and mindfulness evaluation complete the assessment.
Dr. Levandovsky incorporates appropriate imaging with a combination of Ultrasound, CTs and MRIs for initial screening and subsequent monitoring. He also uses cutting-edge technology with tumor biomarkers, liquid biopsies of saliva, blood and urine to get an in-depth look at your risk. As a results, we are able to provide a personalized risk assessment for 12 most common cancers in the United States – head and neck, lung, breast or prostate, upper gastrointestinal (eg, esophagus, stomach, liver and pancreas), colorectal, bladder/kidney, ovarian/uterine and melanoma). Based on this individualized risk evaluation, each person will understand their unique health cancer profile and undergo a screening program designed specifically for them; with the goal of cancer prevention and early detection. The Program includes the following:
Personal and family health history
An in-depth review of your maternal and paternal medical and genetic history.
An evaluation of your personal cancer history and cancer-related conditions (environmental, infectious and medical).
Occupational and exposure factors review
Assessment of environmental exposures related to inhalation, ingestion or tactile contact with known carcinogens and irritants.
Assessment of and screening for infectious agents associated with cancer.
Lifestyle and wellness evaluation
Personalized overall lifestyle assessment with guidance to achieve your personal health-related goals.
Detailed evaluation of the extent and type of lifestyle choices and their impact on cancer.
A comprehensive nutritional assessment; discussing the role of food as medicine and its impact on cancer.
Fitness evaluation
Stress management and mindfulness recommendations
Sleep health assessment
Vitamin and supplement review
MRI, CT scan and Ultrasound imaging (some imaging is included in the price of the program)
Low dose CT of the Chest, intended to minimize radiation exposure and screen for lung nodules and lung cancer.
MRI of abdomen and pelvis, eliminates radiation exposure altogether and screens for cancers of the upper abdomen and pelvic structures with very high accuracy.
MRI of the breast and prostate, again eliminates radiation exposure, while being able to detect early breast/prostate cancer with over 90% accuracy.
Tumor biomarkers and molecular screening
Screen for early signs of clot formation and inflammation, which are often associated with more aggressive cancers.
Screen for metabolic and hormonal changes that are associated with cancer risk.
Genetic testing— extensive analysis of the 80+ genes associated or linked to cancer and other critical illness
HPV oral screening— a new painless type of test that helps to establish presence of HPV virus in the saliva which may increase one’s risk for oral cancer and has been linked to early head and neck cancer
Complete microbiome testing and analysis— a comprehensive evaluation of one’s gut bacterial flora, inflammatory and metabolic markers, linked to various forms of gastrointestinal cancer, as well as inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.
Cancer liquid biopsy—A test done on a sample of blood to look for cancer cells or tumor DNA that maybe circulating in the blood; if detected, these pieces of tumor DNA can further predict cancer’s site of origin for further testing and evaluation. This way a liquid biopsy may be used to help detect cancer at a very early stage.
Urine biopsy— a new screening modality that is successful in screening for prostate cancer, and soon kidney and bladder cancers, by using a urine sample.
Complete genome sequencing—this is the most comprehensive picture of your entire genetic code, that includes an analysis of 22,000+ expressed genes (exome), with an advanced profiling of over 1000 genes associated with cancer predisposition, genes related to cardiovascular, autoimmune and neurological conditions. This test may be of additional help for patients with atypical, difficult-to-diagnose symptoms, by focusing our attention on your top genetic/molecular predispositions.
Genetic Screening and Assessment
Screening for inherited genetic changes by sampling blood or saliva.
Screen for breast/ovarian or prostate cancer, using prostate specific bio-markers in the blood and urine.
Screen for colorectal cancer, using your stool to detect abnormal/cancer DNA, blood and inflammation.

Total Cancer Care Program
For those with a cancer or hematologic diagnosis, Dr. Levandovsky offers ongoing cancer (or hematology care) with access to the doctor via office visits, phone, and email. Unlimited coordination and discussion with all involved medical specialists and team members. A comprehensive evaluation of your specific tumor molecular composition with a goal of offering personalized treatment. Support and navigation through all stages of your cancer treatment (e.g., infusions, radiation, surgery/interventions, and clinical trials, as needed). Additional support emphasizing caring for the whole person, that addresses concerns ranging from your psycho-emotional health to recommendations for clinical trials or internal medicine issues. A collaboration, review, and “virtual second opinions” with international thought leaders in the field, as appropriate for your cancer diagnosis. The Program includes:
Imaging
MRI, CT and PET Scan
3D Mammogram and Ultrasound of the Breast— a more advanced version of a traditional mammogram that creates more detailed, refined images with targeted ultrasound examination of potentially concerning areas
Breast MRI— a non-invasive, radiation-free imaging procedure, designed to detect early changes in the breast tissue, with over 90% sensitivity for early breast cancer detection.
CT of the Lungs— a non-invasive form of imaging, uses a specialized form of X-ray, coupled with computer technology, to produce cross-sectional images (slices) of soft tissue, organs, bone and blood vessels in any area of the body. CT lung cancer screening has revolutionized medical imaging by providing more detailed information than conventional X-rays, improving lung cancer diagnostics
MRI of the Ovaries/Uterus or Prostate—a non-invasive and painless form of imaging that helps create detailed cross-sectional images of pelvic organs and internals structures without the use of potentially harmful ionizing radiation.
MRI of the Abdomen and Pelvis — a non-invasive and painless form of imaging that helps create detailed cross-sectional images of the organs and internals structures without the use of potentially harmful ionizing radiation.
PET Scan— a positron emission tomography (PET) scan is an imaging test that helps reveal how your tissues and organs are functioning. A PET scan uses a radioactive drug (tracer) to show this activity. This scan can sometimes detect disease before it shows up on other imaging tests.

“The initial consultation was nothing that I’d ever expected it would be. I thought it would be, the usual 5 to 10 minutes, instead it was like 3 to 4 hours…and I couldn’t believe all of the tests that were done… and when we got done, [Dr. Levandovsky] had a full picture of who I am”
